Our topic today is don’t expect different results if your habits remain the same and what I mean by this is if you’re a gym that maybe is plateaued in your sales, plateaued in your business or you’re even struggling, you can’t have that same habit and expect to improve. And one of the things that we find, if you’re a club that are looking to go to that next level, what you have to do is you have to be willing to step outside that comfort zone, OK? You have to be willing to be uncomfortable. You have to be willing to try things new or do things that you’ve been putting off. It could be something as simple as what we’re doing right here. If you don’t have a YouTube channel, you want to get one. YouTube is the second largest search engine on the planet. Of course, it’s owned by Google, so naturally so. It’s a great way to communicate with your audience. It’s a great way to get information out to your prospects. It’s a great way to help your members.
So what you want to remember here is step outside of your comfort zone. Whatever it is you’ve been putting off, whatever it is you know you should be doing whether it’d be having the discipline for a sales process, whether it’d be installing a street team, whether it’d be following up every day, whether it’d be conducting some kind of sales training every day, get out there and do these things. These things are going to make a significant difference for you if you want to take that business to the next level.
I see too many clubs that they talk about it and they want to do these things but they’re not always engaging. They’re afraid to do it for whatever reason and in many cases, identify for yourself what your own powerful why is, identify your own super objective. Why is this important to you? And the more you can define that why, in a lot of cases, this will help you operate past that comfort zone. It’s going to be significant for you and the thing is this is the same advice you would give your members. I mean if they want to get results, they can’t do the same workout every day. They’ve got to push themselves. They’ve got to change that workout up to make sure they get the best results possible, OK?
